3 Cheese – Serrano – Garlic (28oz) $9 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!

Here’s a new one! In addition to the chopped, oven roasted garlic, herbs, and shaved 3 hard cheeses mix (Asiago, Romano, and Parmesan), this time I’m adding a touch of heat with some serranos! All that goodness gets hand-folded into the dough to make this a savory, but spicy loaf. It won’t be as spicy as the Jalapeno-Serrano-Cheddar, but it will definitely have some heat. Normally, the shaped dough is rolled in more cheese, but because I’m working with shaved cheese this time, I’m putting ALL of the cheese on the inside! How exciting is that?!
