4 Seasons-Rye (28oz) ONE PER CUSTOMER PLEASE
I haven’t offered this one in a long while, but I am super excited to finally bring it back. 4 Seasons Brewing located in Latrobe makes a really wonderful beer called “dark of the pint,” and I’m using it in this loaf. This oatmeal stout has all kinds of yummy chocolate malt and coffee flavors, and I think it goes perfectly with the rye and a nice long sourdough fermentation. This loaf is seeded with caraway with a touch of molasses inside and out. Thanks, 4 Seasons Brewing!
