Made w/ our own People’s Farm locally-grown squash 🙂 Roasted then added to an herbed & spiced broth base & blended until smooth, this is the perfect fall soup to dip a crusty piece of sourdough in & enjoy on a cool evening. Adding a dollop of Greek yogurt (either dairy or plant-based) will add yet one more dimension to this already well-rounded soup. (Vegan)(GF)
