This one is a request from Marc, so you’ll have him to blame if it isn’t any good. Haha, I’m kidding! I’m sure this loaf will be nothing short of amazing! I’ve caramelized 21lbs of yellow onions and will be adding poppy seeds as usual and loads of yellow and white cheddar cubes to be folded in by hand. I’d be willing to bet this bread will make the best grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever had. Thanks, Marc! 🙂
