Smoky, spicy chipotle peppers and sharp cheddar with thyme and fresh cilantro – and now I know what I’m taking home with me! I’m draining the peppers of their adobo sauce and adding that back into the dough. I’m also going to throw in a smidgen of pickled serranos to bump up the heat just a little. Toast this bread until it sizzles!
