And you thought I was never making this bread again! To be honest, the reason this one doesn’t make the rounds very often is due to the extra TLC it requires, plus I like to have at least an hour of sleep before I start baking! 😉 Haha, it’s just that sourdough microbes don’t get along with cinnamon very well, so it has to be added as an extra step during the final shaping.
