Everything Bread (28oz.) $8 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


I’m going to be perfectly honest with you, the last I made the “Everything” loaf, I didn’t think it outshined the previous batch – which I LOVED. I know what I did differently, and I’d like try and redeem myself this week. (Oh, what goes through the mind of this baker.)
For this loaf, I put the everything-mix used on our pretzels on the outside, and then add everything but the garlic to the inside (garlic is an antimicrobial), plus coarse ground pepper. Otherwise, it’s a similar base dough recipe as the Rustic White with a smidge of extra whole wheat.
