Bring on the Cannabis Sativa! This is my classic Fresh Milled Whole Wheat made with the addition of toasted hemp seed hearts! A couple hours before the dough is made, the organic wheat berries are fresh-milled by yours truly to keep as much of the wheat’s flavor and nutrition intact. 40% wholegrain gives this loaf a nicer crumb and mouth-feel. The addition of the hemp hearts adds extra protein and a subtle nuttiness that you won’t find anywhere else except WildFire Bread!
PS – There is little to no THC in this bread! But maybe someday! lol 😉
