The peppers and sharp yellow cheddar cheese get hand-folded into the dough to make this loaf a spicy, cheesy favorite. I’m also adding some thyme and cilantro herbs to the dough this time. Toast it until it sizzles! I love this bread even more fried with Kerry Gold butter, and then topped with over-easy eggs for breakfast.
