Kalamata Olive-Feta/Parmesan-Rosemary (28oz) $9 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


You might remember me offering this bread with the lemon zest, but this time I’m leaving it out to see how it fares without it. My thoughts are that the lemon has always had an undesirable effect on the dough and maybe even overshadowed the olive a bit (IMO). I’m still adding feta and *shaved* Parmesan this time, plus I’ll be using FRESH rosemary from People’s Farm, so you know it’s going to be good!
