I cook and then ferment the all-organic whole grains overnight. The wheat, spelt, kamut, einkorn, millet, and barley are then added to the dough by hand. A moist, hardy loaf with lots of flavor and texture. Once again, requested by my ten year old son! (who will be eleven this Tuesday) 😉
