Multigrain with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds ~ (32oz size) ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


I cook and ferment (all organic) whole wheat, spelt, kamut, emmer, einkorn, millet, and barley, and will add the grains to the dough by hand. A moist, hardy loaf with lots of texture. At least 50% of the dough weight in this one is whole grains. Now with toasted pumpkin seeds! 🙂
