Marc said he was missing the Lentil-Turmeric, and I also wanted to bring back the bright yellow turmeric dough, but this time with a new twist. The chickpeas have been simmered in a Tikka Masala sauce before they get folded into the dough. The mango chutney I’m making will also get folded into the dough, but in alternating layers between the chickpeas. I can’t wait to taste this one!
