It’s been a long while since I made this one! I already roasted red peppers and garlic to concentrate their flavors. They’ll get sliced, chopped, and hand-folded into the dough along with the Asiago, Parmesan, and Italian herbs. After the shaping, the dough is rolled in more cheese. Oh my!
