Spinach/Artichoke “Dip” – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


It’s finally back! And like before, about the only thing that separates this bread from the classic spinach/artichoke dip recipe is the omission of the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream since adding them would ruin any chances of an open crumb. On the other hand, this bread will have the right proportions of spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and black pepper. Topped with cream cheese or without, I’m sure it will delight! And like last time, you can bet I’m stealing one for myself! 🙂
