Spinach/Artichoke “Dip” – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!
About the only thing that separates this bread from the classic spinach/artichoke dip recipe is the omission of the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. In my opinion, adding them would have changed the crumb too much for my liking. On the other hand, this bread will have the right proportions of spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and black pepper. Topped with cream cheese or without, I’m sure it will delight! You can bet I’m stealing one for myself! 🙂
