Toasted Almond Porridge (28oz.) $9 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


This loaf probably has more steps than any loaf I make. The organic 7-grain flakes are soaked and fermented overnight and then cooked into a porridge, re-innoculated with starter, and hand-folded into the dough with toasted almonds. That’s why I often say this loaf is “triple fermented.” The shaped dough is then rolled in more almond slices and oats! 🙂
