Toasted Pumpkin Seed-Porridge (28oz) $9 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!
This loaf probably has more steps than any other I make. The organic 7-grain flakes will have been soaked and fermented for 36 hours, then slowly cooked into a porridge, re-innoculated with starter, and then hand-folded into the dough with toasted pumpkin seeds. That’s why I often say this loaf is “triple fermented.” The shaped dough is then rolled in more pumpkin seeds and oats! 🙂
